This service ("TeamsPRO") is operated by TeamsPRO Sport Management ("we", "us"), based in South Africa and acting as data controller for personal data processed through the platform.

2. Personal data we collect

Account data: name, email, password hash, login credentials.
Profile and academy data you submit: players, coaches, schedules, reports, images you upload.
Support communications you send us.
Usage and device telemetry: IP address, browser, device identifiers, log data.
Cookies and similar technologies strictly necessary to run the service.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Creating and operating your account (performance of a contract).
Providing the platform features (academies, players, reports) (performance of a contract).
Security, fraud prevention, abuse detection (legitimate interests).
Product improvement and analytics (legitimate interests).
Customer support (performance of a contract or legitimate interests).
Legal and tax compliance (legal obligation).

4. Who we share data with

Hosting, database, and infrastructure subprocessors required to deliver the service.
Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle") acts as our Merchant of Record and processes all payments, subscription management, billing, tax compliance, invoicing and refund handling. Paddle's processing is governed by Paddle's own privacy notice.
Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where strictly necessary.
Authorities where required by law.

5. Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above, to comply with legal obligations, or to resolve disputes. When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, to data portability, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your local data protection authority. 7. International transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside your country, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege backend access) to protect personal data.

To keep accounts safe and prevent shared logins, we record each sign-in: the date and time, the type of device and browser used, the internet address and the approximate location (city and country) it suggests. This is used only for security and account-misuse checks, is visible only to TeamsPRO Sport Management, and is not sold or shared.

We use cookies strictly necessary to keep you logged in and operate the service. We do not use advertising cookies.
